Finishing

Through our partners, we provide techniques like sueding and brushing for softness, as well as specialized performance finishes including antimicrobial, UV protection, and moisture-wicking. Top-tier compacting machines ensure superior fabric stability and a premium final product.

Printing

Our printing capabilities are a core strength, allowing us to execute intricate and contemporary designs with vivid detail. We specialize in a wide array of techniques, including multi-colour pigment, reactive, and discharge printing. Our garment spot-printing division also offers advanced options like Plastisol, thermal transfer, flock, sublimation, and high-definition digital printing, making any creative vision possible.

Embroidery

Our embroidery division brings designs to life with texture and sophistication. Utilizing advanced Japanese and German machines with CAD/CAM technology, we can execute large-scale, intricate designs with up to 9 colours. Our services include a wide range of techniques, from classic Chenille and Appliqué to modern laser cutting and sequin work, ensuring a high-quality, premium embellishment for your apparel.

Fabric Inspection & Cutting

Our production journey begins with meticulous attention to detail at the raw material stage. Every roll of fabric undergoes rigorous in-house inspection to verify quality, consistency, and dimensional accuracy, ensuring only flawless materials proceed. Our highly skilled cutting team then utilizes master patterns and optimized layouts to execute precision cutting, maximizing fabric efficiency and providing perfectly uniform components for subsequent stitching, setting the foundation for a high-quality finished garment.

Stitching

Precision stitching is the backbone of every garment we produce. Our production lines are powered exclusively by advanced machinery from the industry leader, JUKI. Operated by a team of highly skilled technicians, this technology allows us to execute a wide range of stitches with exceptional accuracy—from strong overlocks to smooth flatlocks. Ironing & Finishing

Every garment passes through our professional in-house finishing section to ensure a flawless, retail-ready presentation. Using industrial steam-ironing techniques, our experienced team meticulously presses each item to remove wrinkles and create a clean, crisp appearance. Packing

The final in-house stage ensures your products are prepared to perfection. Garments are carefully folded and packed into high-quality cartons according to your exact specifications. We manage all final details, including the application of barcodes, tags, and photo cards, ensuring your products are meticulously presented and ready for shipment.
